Starting in phase one, a mixture of Amtico Signature custom designed Vinyl herringbone and ceramic tiles welcomed you into the Missing Squirrel lounge bar.. which was stunning. This led seamlessly into the main reception which was covered in custom hexagonal shaped Forbo Vinyl tiles.. visually striking and modern.

Toilets were highlighted again in custom vinyl planking from Amtico, which lifted a normally standard looking area. The changing rooms were all cap and coved with mid grey Polysafe hydro safety flooring complimented with multi-coloured Altro Whiterock Hygenic Wall cladding which we supplied and installed in conjunction with the flooring install which ensures a seamless, water-proof finish. For both areas, floor preparation was key as the subfloor was in a bad state. This required many coats of Stopgap 1200 HD latex from F.Ball.

The whole project came to life quickly under a demanding and time sensitive programme, phase one was a success indeed.

Phase two involved a huge open expanse which was to be the brand-new Green Room restaurant and terrace, which in flooring terms was the jewel in the crown. This space was covered with Amtico signature range custom basket weave, which was simply spectacular, leading off to elegant toilet areas finished in Polysafe Wood FX sheet vinyl and corridors in Amtico herringbone. The rear kitchen circulation areas and corridors all finished neatly in black capped and coved Polysafe safety flooring for a clinical and safe finish.

This was a beautiful project, and it was a joy from start to finish. Thank you to the client and the architects, a real pleasure.
