CONTRACTS MANAGER

Martin Fletcher

I joined the Carters team in September 2022 as a Contracts Manager having had over 37 years of flooring experience working with various nationwide flooring contractors, both nationally and in Europe.

Some of these positions include Axiom, as Senior Operations Manager, Dixons stores group as Account Manager for UK, Spain & France. Carters premium role is to manage the day-to-day operational requirements of our mainstream clients, and ensure that our sub-contractors are happy with the task at hand.

Fun Fact: Whilst in the Royal Navy, I once turned Prince Andrew away from landing his helicopter on our ship in the Falklands. Although a fun day for me… he was not happy! You know the script, “do you know who I am?” blah blah, yes I do and goodbye!
